As we welcome the easing of restrictions into our lives, here at SWWFRC we are still here to support you & yours.

Even with the easing we still have to minimise the number of people coming into the Centre & our community. 😷

But, we are still here; at the end of the phone or an email to support you as best we can🙏😊

Please contact us, whether it’s for information, guidance, an appointment, a listening ear or a chat, we are here.

 Information, Advocacy and Advice

We have recently launched our new Information, Advocacy and Advice service.  If you need information on any issue relating to employment, education, welfare, wellbeing or other matters please contact us on welfare@swwfrc.ie or call Theresa on 051 389418

Confidential Counselling Service

We are still providing Counselling Services at SWWFRC. Spaces are available but while we are under Level 5 restrictions these sessions are taking place via phone call or Zoom. Please call Emma on 087 360 5595 or 051 389 418 for more information. All enquiries are dealt with in the strictest confidence

 Free Computer training

Do you have a family member, relative or friend struggling to keep up with new technology?

Would you like a loved one to be able to participate in a family Zoom, or even just send you a WhatsApp message? We are delighted at SWWFRC to be offering FREE smartphone/tablet/computer training – all provided in a safe, friendly, patient and understanding learning environment.  Fethard on Sea Country Market

Don’t forget the Country Market this Saturday and every Saturday throughout the summer.  It takes place in St Marys Hall, Fethard, and is open from 10.30 am to 12 pm. We have a mix of baking, eggs, vegetables, jams, chutneys, plants and crafts. Strict Covid protocols will be in place, so please wear a mask and be aware of social distancing. Hand sanitiser will be provided at the door and all Market staff will be wearing facemasks. We are so looking forward to welcoming all our regular customers, and hope to see many new faces.

Duncannon Beach Market

Why not drop by this exciting new market held on The Green at Duncannon Beach. Open Friday and Saturday evenings during July and August from 5pm to 7pm, and on Sundays from 1pm to 7pm.  Lovely selection of delicious treats and crafts made by local people so do please come along and give them your support.

 Pickleball

The fast-growing American game of “pickleball” has come to Ireland. Why not come along and try it out this Thursday 29th July at 7pm in the front carpark at South West Wexford Family Resource Centre.  The game is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels and all are welcome.
